Kisumeo Organics was founded by Robin Ndungu, driven by a clear vision to build a sustainable aquaculture system that supports both people and the planet.
With a strong interest in climate-smart agriculture, food security, and responsible seafood production, Robin saw the need for an approach that goes beyond profit — one that empowers smallholder farmers, protects ecosystems, and delivers high-quality seafood to the market.
Under his leadership, Kisumeo Organics has grown into a purpose-driven enterprise focused on sustainable hatchery practices, farmer integration, and improved market access. Robin continues to guide the company with a hands-on mindset, ensuring that every step in the value chain reflects innovation, transparency, and long-term impact across Africa’s aquaculture sector.
